As a Growth Manager for small and medium-sized businesses in Vietnam, I performed a cross-functional role in sales, growth-hacking and marketing. My responsibilities included:

Helping companies in Vietnam build a more connected, productive and modern Workplace via 1:1 and 1:many sales activities.

Driving digital marketing campaigns to increase pipeline and sales funnel.

Managing Vietnamese user community and holding live workshops through Workplace by Facebook platform, educating company leaders on product solutions and industry-related use cases.

Partnering with Customer Success team to drive company-wide adoption through industry events & client meetings.
‍
Supporting processes, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency in order to increase customer satisfaction.
